Phase 1 – Preparation:
We sit down with you for a buyer consultation
in order to walk you through the purchase process and timeline, local market conditions, and many other important purchase-related issues in order for you to feel comfortable about the road ahead. We also spend a lot of time listening to your ideal criteria for your next home. After this meeting, we enter all of your criteria into our MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in order for you to receive properties that fit your needs well in real-time.
Phase 2 – Finding your home:
We take you out “shopping” and view homes on the market for sale. For some, this is their favorite part. Looking at properties is more than just determining which ones you like and don’t like. For many, it helps them actually determine what it is they are looking for in a home. It also helps us understand what you respond positively to in order for us to help find you the best properties going forward. When we look at properties together, we are often able to give you valuable insight into the homes in real-time, advising on things such as the value, mechanical-related aspects of the home, as well as resale issues to avoid that you might not have considered.
Phase 3 – Making an Offer:
Once you identify a property you’d like to buy, we assist in verifying the home’s value, offer strategy and paperwork, and negotiation. Phase 4 – The transaction:
We manage the transaction so that things run smoothly. We work proactively to prevent issues before they arise, ensure your deposits are always protected, and keep you informed every step of the way. Throughout the process, we make sure you have the best team to assist you by providing top-notch referrals for lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and more.
