He is passionate about real estate and loves using his skills to help tutor his buyers and sellers about the ins and outs of the local Greater Boston real estate market. 

Leveraging his 7 years of experience in leasing, sales, and property management, Stephen is able to advise his clients, be it a first-time home buyer, seasoned home-owner or savvy investor, not only on the process of the transaction but also on the value of their investment based on its location, amenities, and potential rental income.  He’s adept at knowing which updates and renovations will add the most value and maximize his clients’ return on their investment. Above all he is skilled at finding the right home for his buyer or renter and the right buyer for his seller.
